FastAd is an advertising booking and billing program that allows you to control your bookings all the way from acceptance through copy chasing to final invoicing. It provides comprehensive and easy to read management reports. These include detailed revenue summaries and lists of ads for any issue complete with ad-size ready for production staff.

FEATURES

    * Runs on Windows 95, 98, ME and XP. It is fast and easy to learn and use.
    * Records all advertisement details such as booking status, copy status, ad type, colour,
      position, etc.
    * Easy to tailor to your exact requirements. You can easily customise all lists - such as those
      on the right - to fit your own terminology and methods of working.
    * Handles display, classified, inserts and special features and any number of titles within a
      single database.
    * Bookings may be prepaid, and repeated insertions may be invoiced either all together or as
      each appears.
    * Sales prices may be entered at the keyboard or picked up from the ad type look up table.
    * Invoice charges include copy and extra charges, sales price and (optional) advertiser and
      agency discounts.
    * Agency discounts are automatically picked up from the rate in the Ad Agency record.
    * VAT is calculated from the appropriate rate entered in the advertiser record - foreign
      addresses classified as Export, charities as zero-rated.
    * Separate addresses can be entered for the advertiser, invoice - to ad agencies, company
       head offices, etc -, and for artwork and inserts sources.
    * The advertiser records can be used as a full sales tracking database by including sales
       prospects as well as customers.
    * You can monitor the performance of sales agents, and calculate sales commissions.
    * Copy chasing is made easy with standard letters and the copy status report.
    * There is space on every booking record for general notes for internal use.
    * For each booking you can enter text lines to include on confirmations and invoices.
    * The integral forms design facility allows you to create personalised confirmations, invoices,
       cancellations, and any number of standard letters
    * Confirmations and letters may be sent individually or as a batch.
    * Standard reports include a forward bookings report you can run at any time
    * A powerful report generator enables you to amend standard reports and create your own
       listings, reports and summaries.
    * Sales invoice data may be easily exported to accounting packages such as Sage.

NETWORK OPERATION
FastAd runs on any PC or PC network. If used on a networked environment, any number of users can have access to a single database for enquiries and reporting, but the updating of data is restricted. Only one user at a time can enter data in the database, but any number of other users can inspect the information held, export data and produce reports.

PRICES
Prices for an installed and customised version of FastAd usually start at around £1,500 plus VAT for a single title. We charge extra for data conversion and training. software maintenance, covering program updates and telephone and email support, is available on an annual basis.
