Fastsub provides a comprehensive and flexible subscription management system both for controlled circulation and paid subscriptions. It produces easy to read reports and allows you to create your own standard letters, renewal notices and acknowledgements. Magazines can be despatched using Royal Mail Presstream services.

FEATURES
    *  Separate invoice and mailing addresses for gift and agent subscriptions
    * Label runs triggered by selecting by the "Issues left" field. This field is then decremented.
    * Subscriber standard letters, renewal letters and re-registration can be printed from the
      program using custom designed layouts.
    * Seamless integration with Mailkit for Presstream mailings, label printing and detailed analysis
      of both home and overseas despatches.
    * Extensive recording of readers' demographic details can be entered with simple Yes/No, and
      single or multiple choice answers from registration data.
    * Promotion source code tracking and analysis
    * Back copy issues required can be entered for new subscriptions, renewals and for claims.
    * "First subscribed" and "Last supplied" dates are useful for compiling subscription statistics.

PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS
    * Any number of subscription rates can be set up - varied for postal zone, subscription length,
      new or renewal, and for other currencies where required. Special offer prices can also be entered.
    * Subscription notices for subscriptions via agents can be discounted appropriately.
    * Each subscription has a status normally comprising the following: current, first reminder,
      second reminder, lapsed, cancel at renewal, cancelled, on hold.
    * The unexpired value of each subscription is recalculated as each issue is mailed.
    * The rate table contains both the total and deferred value of current subscriptions.
    * Renewal series can be separately timed for home and overseas subscribers.
    * Grace issues can be catered for if required.
    * Subscription amounts paid can be exported to an accounts package if required.
    * Lists of payments due for bill-me subscriptions or for underpayments are available.

CONTROLLED CIRCULATION
    * Statistics for ABC audits can be easily obtained as the system can identify named subscribers
       as opposed to job titles, and current subscriptions from the registration dates.
    * Subscriptions classified by ABC readership types.
    * Re-registration dates are automatically calculated.
    * The issues actually sent can be recorded as each label run is produced.
    * This can be useful for checking if a subscriber or group of subscribers have had a particular issue
       where the despatch of issues is discretionary.
    * Additional profile data can be added to load data from reader registration cards such as industry
      specific categories which can be recorded as single or multiple choice.

NETWORK OPERATION
Fastsub runs on any PC or PC network. If used on a networked environment, any number of users can have access to a single database for enquiries and reporting, but the updating of data is restricted. Only one user at a time can enter data in the database, but any number of other users can inspect the information held, export data and produce reports.

PRICES
Prices for an installed and customised version of FastSub usually start at around £1,500 plus VAT for a single title. We charge extra for data conversion and training. software maintenance, covering program updates and telephone and email support, is available on an annual basis.
